STUDENT ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT 

This Agreement is to be completed, electronically signed, and returned to Coaching Services International (“CSI” or the “Company”) as part of the online registration process for the training course.  A copy of the executed Agreement will be sent to your email address for your records. Students are expected to review the content of this Agreement to establish expectations. Based on accepting this Agreement, Code of Ethics, and Terms & Conditions and with payment of agreed upon program fees, Students may register in the Program. 

Our Agreement 

This Agreement, between the Student and the Company for participation in the specified program, signifies the expectations and accountability of the Student and the CSI team. This Agreement becomes effective upon online submission and course payment. The Company shall provide the deliverables set forth in the Agreement and shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions.

CSI Agrees to: 

1.       Provide the Student with a virtual classroom and learning materials to complete the designated program. 

2.       Issue relevant certificate upon fulfillment of all Program Requirements.

3.       Provide all course content required for the program in the Company’s Learning Management System (LMS) or by soft/hard copy.

4.       Train and evaluate Students in practice sessions, evaluate performance, and provide formal feedback. 

5.       Maintain the defined Code of Ethics and be a role model for the Student. 

6.       Maintain the reasonable confidentiality of Client identification information and use it solely for the purposes contemplated under this Agreement.

 

Student Agrees to: 

1.       Fulfill all obligations of registration, payment, and Program Requirements to qualify for and receive relevant CSI program certification. 

2.       Ensure strict confidentiality of:

·       Marketing and course materials,

·       Communication with the CSI team or its contractors,

·       Communication with other Students during the program,

·       The content of audio, video, and transcription recordings, and

·       Payment transactions.

Violation of the above may lead to consequences up to and including dismissal from the program and legal action in local jurisdiction.

3.       Engage in classroom and evaluation discussions as a coach and a participant. These interactions will be recorded on camera, whether in person, group settings, or virtual breakout rooms, for course submission as required by Program Guidelines.

4.       Have broadband connectivity to attend and complete virtual classrooms, peer-coaching training, and e-learning.

5.       Acknowledge that the program staff and any affiliated CSI, employed, or contracted personnel are not responsible for anything beyond providing virtual classroom training within the designated timeframe and conducting evaluations on the Student's progress.

6.       Understand that the success of the program depends on full participation. 

7.       Submit a 24-hour notice if unable to attend a live class session. 

·       Absence from three (3) or more sessions will lead to suspension from the program. 

·       Students may request to re-enroll with another program cohort.

·       Re-enrollment is under the full discretion of program administration and if approved, will require a re-enrollment fee of $500. 

8.       Make up a missed session by watching the recorded live class session and submit any additional assignments promptly before the next scheduled class session. 

9.       Perform required activities within the live session and out-of-classroom assignments.

10.  Maintain the defined Code of Ethics. 

 

For Program Requirements, Student Agrees to: 

·       Meet educational requirements, including attending a minimum of 15 hours of live training with additional time to complete any assigned program work.

·       Complete or submit assignments, role plays, and surveys of the program.

·       Complete each fundamental within the virtual classroom and modules within the LMS. 

 

The Company retains the right to adjust scheduled sessions and/or content.

CODE OF ETHICS

1.       Integrity and Honesty

  • Truthfulness: Always represent yourself, your skills, and your abilities honestly throughout the training.
  • Commitment to Growth: Be open about your strengths and areas for improvement, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Avoiding Plagiarism: Ensure that all work submitted or discussed during training is your own or properly attributed.

2.       Confidentiality

  • Respect for Privacy: Honor the confidentiality of all coaching conversations and sensitive information shared within the training environment.
  • Safe Learning Space: Refrain from discussing the personal information of other Students, clients, or any third parties without their explicit consent.

3.       Professionalism

  • Respect for Peers: Treat all Students, instructors, and coaching clients with dignity, respect, and kindness.
  • Responsibility and Accountability: Attend all training sessions punctually and actively participate, meeting all program requirements.
  • Adherence to Program Policies: Follow all the guidelines and policies established by the training program, including attendance, participation, and assignments.

4.       Boundaries

  • Appropriate Relationships: Maintain clear and appropriate boundaries with fellow Students, instructors, and coaching clients. Avoid any conflicts of interest.
  • Non-Judgmental Attitude: Refrain from imposing personal biases, judgments, or unsolicited advice during training sessions or coaching interactions.

5.       Commitment to Learning and Application

  • Continuous Improvement: Strive to apply the skills learned in training to both personal and professional life.
  • Reflection and Feedback: Be open to receiving constructive feedback and use it to foster personal and professional development.

6.       Cultural Sensitivity and Inclusion

  • Inclusivity: Embrace diversity and be mindful of different cultural, ethnic, and social backgrounds during interactions.
  • Non-Discrimination: Do not engage in any form of discrimination, harassment, or exclusion based on race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristics.

7.       Ethical Practice

  • Honoring the Coaching Role: Practice coaching techniques in line with ethical principles, focusing on empowering the client rather than directing or manipulating.
  • Adherence to Ethical Coaching Models: Follow the ethical guidelines set forth by the coaching models and principles taught during the program.

8.       Commitment to Accountability

  • Self-Reflection: Regularly reflect on personal behaviors, choices, and mindset to ensure alignment with ethical coaching practices.
  • Owning Mistakes: Acknowledge and take responsibility for any mistakes made during training and seek guidance on how to improve.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General

  • The Student agrees to comply with the rules and policies governing the program for which Student has contracted, as existing now or as later announced by the Company, including these services.
  • The services provided hereunder are for business purposes only.
  • The services and benefits are for Student ’s sole use and may not be transferred or assigned.

Payment

  • Payment is required 45 days in advance of the program commencement. 
  • A $500 non-refundable deposit (NRD) is due with registration. 
  • If registration is canceled 30 days or more in advance of program commencement, the entire payment, less the NRD, shall be refunded. 
  • If registration is canceled less than 30 days in advance, $1,000 of the payment shall be refunded.
  • If no notice is given for cancellation before the start of the program, no refund will be given.
  • If a refund is granted, the money will be returned to the original form of payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • THREE DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL. A Student may cancel this Agreement without any penalty or obligation by providing written notice of cancellation by midnight of the third business day from the date the Student signs this Agreement to the Company’s operation department. Please email operations@yourcoach.com for detailed information regarding rescission rights and a Notice of Cancellation.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel this Agreement for reasonable grounds in the discretion of the Company including, without limitation, Student’s improper behavior such as harassment, intimidation, bullying, fraud, failure to cooperate, uncivil conduct, and the like.

Warranties

  • No expressed or implied warranties are given by the Company. The Company disclaims, and Student waives, any implied warranties including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. The Company’s agents and employees have no authority to make warranties or alter this Agreement other than in writing with an attached addendum, signed by the Company.
  • The program consists of the opinion of the Company as to what constitutes best practices. The Company reserves the right to modify its opinion based on additional information, observation, or trial.  The underlying information has not been evaluated in any objective way.  Please note that, despite anything to the contrary contained herein, the Company will not be liable for any damages, losses, or causes of action of any nature arising from any reliance upon the use of, or information presented by the Company. 
  • The completion of the program or program certification does not guarantee employment or contracted services with the Company, its affiliates, or its clients.

Artificial Intelligence 

The Student understands, agrees, and authorizes the Company to incorporate Student information into the Company's or its affiliates’ AI except any information that would identify the Student or its business. The parties agree that no monetary consideration shall be required in exchange for this authorization. The Student assumes all risks related to the information being incorporated into the AI including, without limitation, the risk of the information becoming public, the accuracy of the Information, and any other risk.  The Student understands and agrees that the information shall not be attributed to the Student and that it may become incorporated into the AI such that it may not be capable of removal or expungement at any future date and, as such, may remain permanently incorporated into the AI.

The Student understands that the Company uses AI in its products and resources and that AI, by its nature, may not be accurate or up-to-date.  Student waives any and all claims for damage or injury based on Student’s use of the Company’s products and resources that may utilize AI.

Video Monitoring and Authorization for Use

The Student understands that the Company shall video or otherwise record Student’s participation in the program and may use the footage for evaluation and promotional purposes. The Student waives any and all claims for compensation of such use by the Company.  The Student waives any and all claims for damage or injury based on the Company’s use of such footage.

Miscellaneous

  • No delay or failure by either party to exercise any of its powers, rights, or remedies will operate as a waiver, nor will any single or partial exercise of any such powers, rights, or remedies preclude any other or further exercise of them. Any waiver to be effective must be in writing.
  • This Agreement is deemed to be entered into in Dallas, Texas. Each of the parties submits to the jurisdiction of any Texas Court. The venue for any action, proceeding, arbitration, or mediation shall be in Dallas, Texas. Students expressly consent to jurisdiction. Students expressly consent to the service of process by mail.
  • These Terms and Conditions supersede any and all prior agreements, understandings, and communications between the Student and the Company whether written or oral, express or implied, relating to the subject matter of Student’s Agreement with the Company and/or the obligations, responsibilities, and benefits of the parties. These Terms and Conditions are intended as a complete and final expression of the terms of the Agreement between the Student and the Company. The Student’s Agreement with the Company may be amended only by written agreement and no purported oral amendment shall be valid. The Student agrees that no party, nor anyone acting on their behalf has made any inducements, agreements, promises, nor representations other than those set forth in the Agreement.
  • The prevailing party in any action or proceeding to enforce this Agreement shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
  • Sessions may be monitored or recorded for training purposes only or for other reasonable business purposes including where services are being provided by a third-party vendor in cooperation with the Company.

Warning

Federal, regional and local laws, rules and regulations may be applicable to the Student’s industry and activities. Any user of the Company’s resources is responsible for learning, knowing, and complying with the applicable rules and regulations of various jurisdictions, including, without limitation, those set forth by the Department of Real Estate or any realtor association; any relating to MLS or title insurance; and any other laws, rules or regulations promulgated by any governmental body or professional association in any industry served by the Company. The Company disclaims any liability for any user’s non-compliance with industry norms, laws, and regulations.
