Cancellation policy

Course Deposit
You are agreeing to pay a fixed non-refundable deposit now. Your payment details will be stored securely and the remainder will be taken 45 prior to the course start date. 

Three Day Right to Cancel

A Student may cancel this Agreement without any penalty or obligation by providing written notice of cancellation by midnight of the third business day from the date the Student signs this Agreement to the Company’s operation department. Please email operations@yourcoach.com for detailed information regarding rescission rights and a Notice of Cancellation.

The Company reserves the right to cancel this Agreement for reasonable grounds in the discretion of the Company including, without limitation, Student’s improper behavior such as harassment, intimidation, bullying, fraud, failure to cooperate, uncivil conduct, and the like.
